Comply with the terms and conditions of a Lease Management
Agreement that has been properly executed by authorized representatives
of the Association and the Office of Lease Management;
Initiate and carry out such activities that are necessary for
the implementation of hunting and grazing activities on the AssociationŐs
property;
Administer hunting and grazing leases;
Prepare and present at the January Board of Directors meeting
a one-year and five-year plan of action, as well as a proposed
budget of income and expenses;
Insure that no member of the Office of Lease Management is
an employee and/or an agent for either the hunting lessee or
the grazing lessee;
Submit reports of its activities and financial reports at each
regular Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Association
meetings and as required or requested.
The
Association shall:
Permit an independent agency, entitled the Office of Lease
Management, to implement and administer the activities associated
with the hunting and grazing of the AssociationŐs property;
Prepare and execute a legal agreement covering the terms and
conditions for the lease management operations;
Approve, through its Board of Directors, and distribute a portion
of the hunting fees to the Office of Lease Management to defray
the expenses associated with the Office of Lease Management operations;
Distribute designated donations to the Office of Lease Management;
Permit officers, directors and/or delegates of the Lutheran
Camping Association of the Southwest to serve as members of the
Office of Lease Management.
