Be served by a director elected at the October Association
meeting to serve for a two-year term with the possibility to
succeed them self one time;
Be represented on the Personnel Committee by their Director;
Consist of at least four (4) members, including its director;
Develop a continuing program of camp activities and fellowship
and utilize the necessary camp staff to carry out the programs;
Present to the Board of Directors at their January meeting
a one-year program of camp activities and fellowship;
Determine the outdoor ministry needs of the surrounding community
so that the annual program will meet these needs;
Establish regulations governing the conduct of camp personnel
and guest;
Annually submit a budget in the requested form at the requested
time to the Board of Finance including program needs;
Submit an annual projection of camp attendance to the Board
of Finance based on the anticipated use of the camp as a result
of the planned program of activities and fellowship;
Present to the Association for approval at their February meeting
the proposed one-year Camp Program;
Resolve scheduling conflicts pertaining to the use of the camp
or its facilities, that cannot be resolved by the camp staff
personnel.
